HiLDA is a member of district, state, National and international NGO networks. Developed good relationships with various Government Departments and local authorities. Keeping good tie up with Social Work colleges, Colleges, Junior Chamber, Rotary International, training institutions and Universities from abroad.

HiLDA was invited by the commonwealth heads of Government Meet (CHOGAM) to share its development experience in OCT 97 at U.K and was the one and only NGO representative from India. In October 2001, HiLDA has been nominated to the National delegation by UNAIDS to attend the International AIDS Conference in Australia and HiLDA was the one and only one NGO from Kerala.In March 2002 HiLDA has been nominated by COMMACT International, an NGO network, to participate in the Commonwealth Task Force Team to South Africa to develop a master plan for the human development activities in Eastern Cape Province and HiLDA was the one and only one NGO representative from Asia. In 2004 HiLDA has been invited to make presentation on Micro-Credit Programmes during the International Conference on 'Socializing the Global Economy' at UK.
